NICK HODDER

In a career spanning twelve years, Nick hasn't held down 29 jobs. So like so many of his unemployable friends, he turned comedy.

Nick has written a stage show, produced and directed short comedy films, written sketch comedy for Radio 5, and produced some award winning content for BBC Three, winning BBC New Talent's 'Funny Hunt'.

Nick's short film called Gloves, won the BBC Big Screen Award for 'Best Comedy'. Hand picked as the winner by the BBC Film Critic, Mark Kermode.

In 2006 Nick made the move into Stand-Up comedy. His weird material and eccentric performances have won him praise from his peers and several competitions including the 'HMV Yeovil Comedy Contest', and 'Should I stay, or Should I Go?'

MERYL O ROURKE

Meryl has been storming the UK, Irish, New York and Barcelona comedy circuits for 10 years; thrilling, delighting and disturbing people on the subjects of
rice, ovaries, breasts and dead TV chefs.

She has recently done 20s at clubs including The Comedy Store, Banana Cabaret and Hampstead Comedy Club. I performed in the Jack Dee show at the Comedy Store and was picked by Karen Koren to appear in her "Midnight Show" at The Gilded Balloon for the run of the Edinburgh Festival. A stong 20-40 minute act who has also performed at corporate gigs, MCed ladies nights and hosted a number of pop concerts for approx 13,000 people!

She is also an accomplished broadcaster currently appearing monthly on Radio 4 with comedy series "The Hysterical Method Of Conception". This self
written self performed serial appears as part of the Woman's Hour strand and you can hear all the episodes on www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/womanshour .

Previously she has been nominated for a prestigious Sony Radio Academy Award 2003 (along with Johnny Vegas, Jonathan Ross and Mark Lamarr). and was nominated for Best Breakfast Show (against Terry Wogan) I have also presented on TV appearing in the pilot, and many editions of Liquid News for BBC.

"Meryl O'Rourke can find the disturbing side of everything!" Eastmagazine

"Fantastic" Jonathan Ross

"I'd rather see Meryl than any film" James Christopher, film critic The Times

"Probably one of the best comics I've seen on the circuit. Her material effortlessly glides through frivolous and weighty topics. All of which is delivered in an uber honest and cynically upbeat way." Chortle
